CCO’s Woodlawn Community Back to School Health Fair and Festival

I need your help and support!

We are 3 weeks away from the CCO’s Woodlawn Community Back to School Health Fair and Festival. The church will be open for the next two weeks from 9 am – 3 pm to accept school supplies, book bags and financial support. This event has been a success for the past 3 years and we want to keep the momentum going.

Our goal is to give away 1000 book bags and CCO Needs Your Help.

Supplies:
We are soliciting back to school supplies for students of all ages; including but not limited to
back-packs/book bags,
paper,
pens
calculators,
and pencils etc,.

Note: School supplies and food donations may be brought to the Concord MB Church @ 6319 S. Kimbark Ave. Chicago, IL 60637. Or call 773-363-1377 to arrange drop off or pick up.

CCO is a 501c3 non profit organization in good standings with the IRS. Your donation is tax deductible.
