60th Year Anniversary Celebration

We are looking for Food Servers for the following:

Sunday, May 12th: Mother’s Day & Fashion Show

Sunday, May 19th: 60th Anniversary Celebration

Speakers:

Sunday, May 26th: Member Appreciation & Recognition Day

Assessment:      The Olympic games concept
Gold                 $3.00 per year   $180.00
Silver               $2.00 per year   $120.00
Bronze             $1.00 per year   $60.00

Our goal is for every member of the church to be an active participant.

your Anniversary assessments.

All our Anniversary Committees are up and ready to work. If you would like to serve on any of the following committees please see Sister Juanita Craig immediately following Morning Worship Service. We want all members to serve in some area. You promised the Lord, He could count on you:

THE DONOR TREE ANNIVERSARY FUND RAISER
Please see Lady Veneeta Phelps or Cindy Henry if you have made or want to buy a leaf for the Concord Donor Tree.

Cost:
Gold – $60 per leaf
Silver – $45 per leaf
Bronze – $25 per leaf

We would like to have the tree installed by the 60th Anniversary. We need your support.

We are in the process of getting the leaves and we need to know who donated for the previous paper ones. We also need to know what you had on your leaf so we can have them properly inscribed. See Lady Veneeta or Cindy Henry ASAP if you previously purchased one or would like to purchase a leaf. Each leaf can only have a total of 23 characters, please see Cindy Henry.
