Brief Bio:

Iris Yolanda Cruz-Perez, also known as Pastor Yo, is a pastor, preacher, teacher, author, artist, community leader, chaplain, and a mighty woman of God. Pastor Yo is the youngest of seven siblings whose proud parents are Victor and Lucy Alvarado. Pastor Yo is co-pastor of Father’s Heart Church and the founder of Women to Women Global Ministry (W2W). W2W is a multicultural international women’s ministry. The goal of W2W is to minister to women across racial, ethnic, cultural, and geographical boundaries through conferences, teachings, and workshops. Pastor Yo ministers locally throughout Chicago, the Indiana area, and globally through her weekly series of prayer and written encouragement via Facebook Live. She currently resides in Chicago, Illinois, and is married to her best friend and ministry partner, Pastor David Cruz, for twenty-seven years. Together they have a beautiful daughter, Victoria.
