It’s that time again!

CCO’s Woodlawn Back to School Festival and Health Fair!

Save the Date:

Saturday August 26, 2023

Time:

11 PM through 5:00 PM

Location:

63rd and Kimbark

Food, Fun, Fellowship, Back to School Supplies, Free Physicals and Health Screening.

All services are free and open to the public.

We need volunteers!

Community Planning meeting- Thursday, August 16, 2023 @ 7 pm via Zoom.

Goals:

Provide Free Health Services to the Community – Back to School Physicals, Dental, Vision, Preventative Care

Give away 1000 Book bags with School Supplies

Feed the community

I need your help!!!

We need the following School Supplies:

Book Bags

Paper

Pens

Pencils

Crayons

Calculators

We need the following food items:

400 Hamburgers

400 “Oscar Mayer” Hotdogs

500 Hamburgers Buns

400 Hotdogs Buns

1000 Potato Chips

50 Turkey Burgers

50 Veggie Burgers

Slices of Cheese

Fruit – Variety

Bags of Ice

Note: School supplies and food donations may be brought to the Concord MB Church @ 6319 S. Kimbark Ave. Chicago, IL 60637. Or call 773-363-1377 to arrange to drop off or pick up.
